In this practice you will learn how to deep breath properly, increase your mobility and flexibility, also lengthen and strengthen your muscles to reduce future risk of injury, improve your posture and much much more. Any one who suffers with lower back issues, bad posture or any general aches or pains will really benefit from this practice. Suitable for all fitness levels. Excellent to do after an intense gym workout, spinning or even just come along to unwind.
