This class will comprise of a 20-25 minute spin workout and a 20-25 minute strength and toning workout. Increase muscle tone along with cardiovascular fitness to help lose fat and shape your body!
This class is first come, first served. Unless you block book for 6 weeks. Spin classes will build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training for performance fitness.
