A challenging workout that improves core strength while also increasing the strength and endurance of all muscle groups. A combination of weighted exercises and dynamic bodyweight moves combine for an effective workout every time. Suitable for all abilities as exercises can be adapted to suit all levels.
Class run on “first come, first served” basis. Arrive at least 15 mins before class is due to start.
