About Our Aqua Fit Classes
Aqua Fit offers an alternative type of training. The water not only provides resistance improving muscle tone and strength but also a great workout for the heart and lungs. The water buoyancy also supports the body reducing the risk of injury. Aqua can be used after ankle, knee and hip injuries to get back into exercise.
